Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) via DHL or FedEx – Delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping via EMS for orders over $50 – Delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian countries and remote areas). International customers should note:
- Customs fees or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility
- Delivery times may vary based on local customs processing
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our premium cycling accessories with the same confidence professional riders place in their gear. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer straightforward returns within 15 days.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact (especially important for components like bearings or brake disks)
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned:
- Body armour (safety certification requirements)
- Brake pads (hygiene and performance integrity)
- Bottles for children (hygiene considerations)
Step-by-Step Return Process

Refund Timeline & Methods
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and approve your return:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 24-48 hours to reflect in your account
